Fidelity stands as a leading Global DC Provider and asset manager, enjoying the trust of over 2.4 million clients around the globe. With a legacy spanning over half a century, they specialize in assisting individuals with saving for retirement and achieving other medium to long-term financial goals.
I created a 2-minute video to showcase the Invest@work savings product by Fidelity, highlighting it as a pivotal component of overall Financial Wellness. The video aimed to concisely capture the essence of the Invest@Work offering—its purpose, benefits, and operational nuances—in a manner that resonates deeply with Workplace Investment pension scheme members.
The primary audience for this video comprised employees enrolled in workplace pension schemes whose employers have embraced the Invest@Work option. This product is designed to cater to a broad spectrum of employees, hailing from varied industries, possessing different levels of financial literacy, and earning diverse income levels. For some, Invest@Work serves as a tax-efficient method to augment their savings once pension contributions are maximized. For the majority, however, it is seen as an additional, hassle-free, and tax-smart savings avenue for future needs or projects.
The secondary audience included the employers themselves. Although not directly targeted at them, the video subtly communicated to employers the value of offering the Invest@Work product as a means of enhancing their employees' financial well-being. This, in turn, fosters a positive workplace environment. Without using explicit employer-focused language, the video underscored the benefit being a direct result of the employer’s initiative to include their workforce in the workplace pension scheme, reinforcing the notion that Invest@Work is a significant employee benefit.

An online guide accompanied the video highlighting the service that sits alongside a workplace pension. It details the flexibility of a range of Fidelity’s Personal Investing accounts, including their Lifetime ISA helping employees improve their overall financial wellness.
To promote the roll-out of the Invest@Work scheme email headers and banner adverts were created for online marketing.
